SUNRISE or SUNSET

FRANKEEE ...
Sunrise or Sunset.  Trust Andre Gaudet.  Come and relax by the shores of mellow.  The power is in your hands.  Those micro-moments when you could watch a video or contemplate a picture.
...
Images of wild cotton-candy clouds stretched across an indigo sky.  The golden sunlight was piercing the morning mist that lay over a green soybean field that extends forever to the sun.
...
Here is an example of the beautiful sunrise that I have seen.

...
These are magical moments for you, my friend.  I remember the times fondly when I took these videos and sunrise photography.  And now you can enjoy them too.
...
The morning is so quiet.  I arrive at the photo shoot way before the sun is supposed to come up.  I like being awake before the birds, as I love to hear them when they first start their day.
...
There is one place on a dirt road that I could ack in off the road and use the entrance to Farmer Brown's cornfield and be pointed toward the East
...
Then I could prop up my iPad on the roof, and I could be resting and waiting for the "crack of dawn" happens.  (Every time I say those three words, it reminds me of Jo-Anne M. of P.E.I (Prince Edward Island).  That is a whole province onto itself.  You could bicycle ride the length of the island in half a day easy.
...
I have never been to PEI nor Newfoundland either.  Two very distinct parts of Canada.  They are both islands, by the way.  I think that and being Canadian are the only commonality.
...
They sure have some fascinating geography and names of places.  "Come by Chance" is one of the names of the towns...
...
How about some more pictures?  Sure thing, partner.
...
.
...

...
There were some beauties in that batch.
...
I forgot one.  Here it is.
...

...
I have heard the Robins.  For me, that means that Spring is just around the corner.  Those Robins get here early, up from Mexico, to get the excellent nesting areas/. They set out their territory by their singing voices warn ing any interlopers to back away.  And he will attack any bird trying to encroach on his turf.
...
Well, my friend, that is it from me.  You have the rest of the day ahead of you.  Go and enjoy it.  Until next time, FRANKEEE, au revoir.

SUNSET SVELTE

FRANKEEE ... yup, come on in friend.  Its been a couple three days since you last popped over for a visit.  Come in my friend and make yourself comfortable.  I'll get us a couple of beers, and we can chat some.
...
Meanwhile, have a look at these while you wait.
...
SUNSET.  LONDON, CANADA.
Yes, there is nothing quite like a spectacular sunset to start your evening off right.  That was taken on March 25, 2018.
These next ones are from very recent.  Burning red colours for this sunset.

Burning red sky at sunset.
In this shot, you can see the skyline of London, Canada, off to the right.

Burning red sky at sunset.

I wonder if, back on March 25, 2018, the Robin Redbreast had arrived.  The early they get here, the better the nesting area.  I wonder if that is passed on to the young ones.  Does that get implanted in its brain that this location is for me next year?  A grant may be needed here.

Burning red sky at sunset.
I have not read a newspaper in which I can't remember.  No TV for about two years now.  Blissfully ignorant, I guess.  If the world was coming to an end, then I would undoubtedly hear about it, so I never worried.  I let the other people suffer.

But now, I think that I should start again to have topics to discuss.  Or we could pick a random item out of Wikipedia and make that the adventure.  Learning and exploring.  I think that I will see if my app IFTTT will drop that random story on my Facebook page.  I will check it out.  Stay tuned to the page.
...
A few more pictures of that sunset photography that I specialize in.

Burning red sky at sunset.

Well, FRANKEEE, I will let go of your ear and pass you your hat.  I have a quest to fulfill.  Put Wikipedia subject on my Facebook page.

Adios

Andre.

It was an overcast sky filled with storm clouds ready to burst that greeted me on the photoshoot location.
Thunder and lightening hailed the mantle of clouds and lit up the firmament.

The test is over. Notice that the font has changed. Too small for me to see as I type this bit.

I will try some geek magic and see where I can change this to a larger type, Wait One.

Found it. Oops. Time out. This looks like it is Bold. Wait for one moment.

No, Not bold. Just Arial, Large, Normal in the settings.

Any way, to continue, mon ami ...

Next, we have some lightning-filled skies illuminating the surrounding trees and forests.

Then the rain fell from the skies. Huge and heavy they landed forcefully on the brim of my hat then onto the glass of my car as I was smart enough to come in out of the rain.
Although, that was an experience that I liked. Watching the dark curtain of rain heading my way with the impending downpour. The advance clouds heralding the coming event.

Spooky yes, scary no. It was fantastic. I must admit though, that I had my doubts about what kind of red sunrise would I witness. I have seen some excellent red sky in my time. Gorgeous I must say.
Since the overcast mantle was so thick and not moving along at any speed, I decided that it was enough and headed home.
On the way home, I stopped at the entrance to this vast open area filled with fertile fields of wheat, corn, and soybean.
The wind plays a beautiful tune while the crickets chirp along in harmony and the flying crows scolding everyone.
So, we too must part my friend.
Thank you for dropping by and do come again.
I look forward to your smiling face.

SUPER SUNSETS SEEN

SUPER SUNSETS SEEN

MAGICAL MOMENTS

SUNSETS are magical in that their patterns are unique every time that the Sunsets.  I, for one, feel privileged to view each and every one. (A story for another time).

With the year progressing to now be August 6th which is pretty close to the 15th.  That is mid-August and almost September;  September has always freaked me as that was back to school time.

From top to bottom, each picture is called Close, Closer, Closest.

Copper colours create a creepy cloud over the closed commercial storage complex.

Nature never ever makes a straight line. The top is Nature and Bottom is manmade

Humble and Humid.  London, Canada at the end of the day.

A few nice pictures is always a good idea to show to people.  I have way more on my website.

.
I am having such a great time taking these pictures and videos for all of you.  No matter what time of day you go outside for a photoshoot, there is always something interesting to document.  That is how I see it and I will continue to be having fun here.

See you later.

Andre.

STYLIN' STORM

WOW.

What sights to see on Friday night.

We are talking July 27th, 2018. I was lawn bowling at the beautiful Elmwood Lawn Bowling Club. Since I have a Personal Weather Station (ILONDON652 on Weather Underground he he he) I am suddenly the weatherman.  I brought up a live internet picture of lightning hits in the world..Focusing on Southwest Ontario, we saw that there were many coming from Lake Huron to the north of us. That sign and the fact that I had seen a great magnificent cloud move across the sky in very little time indicating how fast the rain was coming.  We decided to quit playing before the rain or whatever was coming.  Like the ants, we hustled and put everything away and had the place locked up before anything happened.
.
We were right to do that as the black clouds soon arrived and dropped a lot of water in a very short time.  Almost like a monsoon type of downpour as the ones that I lived through in Kathmandu.  Manila and Asia are experiencing their monsoon.  What is up with that??

I have some magnificent pictures and videos of this event.  Did I mention pink skies?
.
Come to my website and view so many more amazing and beautiful photo and videography.

Jimbo's is going to get a downpour. These black clouds are not friendly.

Some clouds have moved and Jimbo's now has a chance of getting missed by the Storm

360 degrees from the East and swinging into the Storm Track coming from the south-southwest.
This was so much fun. I have a few ideas for next Storm

Of course, after every storm, the sun comes out and makes everything shiny and sparkly. Droplets on tree leaves, spider webs highlighted, reflective puddles appear and worms come up for air.  (Worms are very cool.  A big part of the ecology and the environment) . If you have worms in your garden or lawn (get rid of the "lawn" and plant flowers for bees or veggies for your and a row for the food bank. People are starving in Canada.  More than half are children under 16 -more recollections only no citation)

PINK SKIES  Did you see that rainbow?  Even a double rainbow in my eyes. and act and feel how they are.  A shout out to all of the citizens who are who they are. I thought that if you are. you then are.  That is all that matters to me and surely all of you.   What business is it of ours how other people choose to live their lives.OMG ... if you spend time ruminating about the above subject.  What a goof to waste your time. Wasted brain cycles.  Have nothing better to think about.  You bet you do Pilgrim.  Get used to the changes underway.  Meditate on my art.  Look deep into the images.

Sister Sun shining through the wispy clouds of the edge of The Storm of July 2018.

This colour was fantastic.  Some sort of creamy peach, sand, or lions armpit. Kidding.  Magical is what that colour is. Try this colour of clouds during The Storm.

I should finish up and let you carry on.  I hope that you enjoyed this blog and will come back for more,
